A quiet space for slow intentional faith, sacred rest, and deeper connection with Jesus.
I'm the founder and writer behind Abide & Flow. I write about slow intentional faith and wellbeing, helping others slow down, make space for God, and live more freely and authentically in their walk with Jesus.
I live by the sea with my husband and our three children, and I'm happiest in nature, creativity, and quiet moments with God.
Abide & Flow was born in May 2020 during a season of deep uncertainty. While much of the world turned to noise and fear, I found myself turning to the Father. With my journal in hand, I walked the tide, prayed in the car, and sat in the quiet of the day. In that slowing down, I began to hear the Holy Spirit with a clarity I had not known before.
The beach became a sanctuary. The car became a prayer room. That longing to remain close to God became the beginning of Abide & Flow.
Slowing down can be an act of trust.
